Messianic Rabbi - Steve White: My heart is to see
the broken walls in our lives rebuilt. To see everyone of us function in our
calling,
learn the Hebrew language and understand who we are in Yeshua, the
Living Torah.
Yeshayahu 58:12 says "Ancient ruins will be rebuilt through you,
and you will restore generations-old
foundations; and they will call you,
repairer of the breach and restorer of paths for habitation."
Shamash - Donald Doherty: To serve. That is the calling of a shamash. I've been blessed to be a part of this congregation since it's founding. Service is part of the call that G-d has on my life. As a congregation, we are here to meet your needs both spiritually as well as physically as best as we can. We hope that you see and feel at home when you visit us.
Shamash - Ray Coiner: I feel that my role of a shamash is twofold. First is to know G-d and the power of His resurrection. Second is to help and support the leadership and members of Mishkan, as well as the larger body of Messiah, not with worldly words and wisdom, but with the words and wisdom of the Most High, as His Ruach (Spirit) gives to help meet those that have needs and concerns.
Dance Team - Rebittzin Marie White: The true restoration
of dance to the glory of the latter house is that knowledge and understanding
be increased.
Not only in how and why the dance was lost, but also how and why
it must be revealed and restored.
Habbuk 2:14 says “For the earth shall be filled with the
knowledge of the kavod of Adonai as the water’s cover the sea.”
Hospitality - Cathy Doherty: " I feel so loved here." That's what I want to hear the first or second time you come to Mishkan. Hi. I'm Cathy Doherty. As the Hospitality coordinator, I believe everyone should feel welcome. No one should leave without several people having greeted them and made them feel welcome. So "Welcome to Mishkan HaMelekh, Tabernacle of the King!" We look forward to meeting you.
One desire we have as a ministry is to reach out to those in need. This is the reason for this part of our ministry. To meet the physical need of those that have a physical need for food. We pray that if you have a need in this area, that you would not hesitate to e-mail us, and we will do our best to assist you with what we have at hand.
Isaiah 55:1 All you who are thirsty, come to the water! You without money, come, buy, and eat!
Yes, come! Buy wine and milk without money- it's free!
Matthew 6:25-26 25 Therefore, I tell you, don't worry about your life- what you will eat or drink; or about your body- what you will wear. Isn't life more than food and the body more than clothing?
26 Look at the birds flying about! They neither plant nor harvest, nor do they gather food into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you worth more than they are?
Shekinah Glory - Ray and Gail Coiner Our focus and desire is twofold. First is to lift up the name of Yeshua through intercessory worship. Second is to intercede for those who have needs. It is our desire to live out the principles as we are encouraged to do by James. If you are in need, and would like to have us pray for you, please send us your prayer requests.
James 5:13-16 13 Is someone among you in trouble? He should pray. Is someone feeling good?
He should sing songs of praise.
14 Is someone among you ill? He should call for the elders of the congregation. They will pray for him and rub olive oil on him in the name of the Lord.
15 The prayer offered with trust will heal the one who is ill- the Lord will restore his health; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
16 Therefore, openly acknowledge your sins to one another, and pray for each other, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective
