What does it mean to be or attempt to be like Yeshua? Assuming you understand that to be like Yeshua does not mean to have His same being (as Mashiach, Son of G-d, etc), it means...

of course...

  • to follow His kindness (He cared for the needs of others), and
  • to follow His selflessness (He laid down His life for our sins), and
  • to follow His morality (He was honest, pure, and trustworthy).

Yes, Yeshua walked in perfect obedience to the Torah of G-d. So, to be like Him means to follow His full righteousness and holiness, which also means...

  • to follow His walk as a Jew, and
  • to follow His keeping of the Sabbath, and
  • to follow His keeping of biblical Kosher, and
  • to follow His wearing of the Arba Kanfot (Talit/Talis) and Tzitzit (Fringes), and
  • to follow His keeping of the holy Feasts, and
  • to follow all other things that the Almighty Father has commanded from the beginning.

How can anyone say they walk after Yeshua, when they do not follow His ways?! Ways which He created! If you have never considered this before, you must realize there has been a partial blindness until now. But, now the truth is revealed for you to consider and to follow. Mattityahu (Matthew) 5:17-19.
